My wife and I are havin' a baby. Wooo! Due in late April.

Now the part where Grorx freaks out about raising a human being.

I still think PAX East would have been a better call. You can have more kids. PAX tickets are getting fucking rare!

Grorx just needs to remember that in a pinch that he does have experience delivering babies, although I'm sure in this case he'd much rather be a spectator for most of it. Hard to remain detached from that situation otherwise, as I'm sure doctors have a trope or more about having themselves or close family members under their direct supervision in tense situations.

The (intended) attentending for his upcoming new family member has to be slightly conflicted on that, going to be a few too many doctorbs in that room. Well, once they figure out they're going to be the attending physician anyhow. ;)

Maybe the child can be traded into slavery for PAX East tickets at a future date. He's probably just thinking ahead to a point in the future when they're even rarer.

I hear some people put a premium on firstborn children as it is anyhow, so double bonus on that front.

Enjoy not sleeping at all for at least 1 week straight. And congratulations!
